Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in leadership, recruiting, training, entrepreneurship, and organizational consulting, she brings a practical, business-minded approach to talent management. She is also the host of Get On With It: Inspiration for Life & Leadership and STM’s People Solutions podcasts and a frequent emcee of business and social events.

Based in Norfolk, Virginia, Sue is an avid traveler, collector of cookbooks and vintage cocktail shakers, and serious student of wine.
