Private: Beth Sanders

Beth Sanders is a fractional COO who helps marketing agency founders turn ambitious growth plans into businesses that can actually execute them. She began her career in agencies, working across paid media and client services before becoming the #2 at an agency she helped grow from $4M to $30M.

After serving as a CMO and later the #2 at a software company, Beth returned to what she does best: helping founders choose the right priorities and building the structure and accountability to make them happen.

Today, through Ballast Ops, she works primarily with growing marketing agencies and is a Certified EOS Integrator®.
