Leah Leaves has done what most agency founders are chasing: she’s built an agency-services company and taken it through a real acquisition. She founded Alderaan Operations Solutions, a fractional operations and project management firm for agencies, and sold it to Partnered Management Group in 2026. She still leads sales for the business today as PMG’s Partnered Sales Strategist, ensuring that agency owners still get the best-matched fractional Operators and Project Managers. Based north of Denver, she’s also the co-founder of the Alliance of Agency Advisors, an invite-only referral network for agency service providers, with new advisor groups launching in January 2027.
