Biography

Todd Barrs is the Managing Director of Pier3, a digital strategy consultancy, and co-founder of 3eCounsel, a start-up focused on improving the economics and value of legal services for businesses.

With over 20 years of marketing and digital experience on both the client side and consultant side, Todd has deep expertise in aligning investors, executives and marketing teams to build high performing digital customer experiences and marketing programs. He has developed enterprise digital strategies and omni-channel marketing programs for a wide range of B2C and B2B organizations in the ecommerce, subscription, enterprise saas, software security, telecom, online education, apparel and CPG industries.

Todd has held executive level marketing positions at LegalShield, Photobucket, Nixplay and Gooten, and has worked with a wide variety of high-profile clients throughout his career including National Geographic, Verizon Wireless, Samsung, Costco, WeWork, OfficeDepot, Berklee College of Music, Webroot Software and the U.S. Postal Service. He is a nationally recognized speaker on the topics of digital strategy and conversion optimization, and is a contributing executive in “Competing in the New World of Work” by Keith Ferrazzi, a #1 New York Times bestselling author.
