Libby Olson is the COO and partner at GROWL Agency, a HubSpot Platinum Solutions Partner specializing in RevOps, CRM strategy, MarTech, and helping growing companies turn complicated technology ecosystems into engines for growth. With nearly 30 years of experience, Libby has spent her career at the intersection of strategy, systems, and the people who have to make them work.
At GROWL, she leads the agency’s operational strategy and helps clients untangle technology sprawl, build smarter revenue operations, and get more value from the tools they already have.
Libby is also the co-author of Unsprawled, a practical guide to eliminating tech sprawl and hidden friction in the revenue engine, and is working alongside her husband, Greg, on BUILD Together, a book and coaching platform for entrepreneurial couples. Together, they are also building Salt + Light, a faith-forward coaching and consulting venture for couples building businesses and lives together.
